Powell + Co offers specialist advice and assistance to tenants and other residential occupiers involved in housing disputes of all kinds. We also advise clients qualifying under Community Care Law for support and services from Local Authority Social Services, Housing Departments and the National Asylum Support Directorate.
We assess clients' entitlement to public funding (Legal Aid) or free advice when first contacted. Other payment methods are also available. We have experience of County Court and High Court cases, as well as appeals in the Court of Appeal.
